Drie integratieniveaus, één merksysteem
Niet elke federale instelling integreert het merk op dezelfde manier. Het bestek voorziet drie niveaus, elk technisch vertaald als een YAML-overlay op dezelfde tokens-bron.
Brand ambassador
Volledige adoptie — voorbeeld voor andere instellingen.
Deze instellingen worden als prioritair beschouwd voor de uitrol van de nieuwe merkarchitectuur. Zij nemen het voortouw, adopteren de visuele identiteit volledig (logo, grafische richtlijnen, institutionele toon).

Flexible integration
Aangepaste timing — respecteert bestaande identiteit.
Deze instellingen stappen in op een flexibeler tijdspad, met respect voor hun specifieke situatie (bv. reeds sterk gevestigde identiteit, sectorgebonden context, beschikbare middelen). Zij krijgen aangepaste richtlijnen en gerichte begeleiding.

Affiliation kit
Eigen identiteit blijft — federale signatuur als affiliatie.
Bepaalde instellingen zullen — omwille van hun bijzondere missie, doelgroep of positionering binnen een competitieve sector — geen volledige rebranding ondergaan. Zij ontvangen een communicatiekit waarmee zij hun verbondenheid met de federale overheid duidelijk kunnen maken.
